4 MINUTE HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT #2

Here’s another variation of a 4 minute High Intensity Workout (HIT) that will burn a whole lot of calories in a short amount of time!

This can be done on a treadmill, in a park on a stationary bike or on a rower. (be careful when doing this on a treadmill)

Treadmill / Outdoor Park: (You are doing 8 in total)

-Sprint as fast as you can for (20 seconds)

– then jog at a slower pace for (10 seconds)

(repeat 7 times) no rest.

Rower/ Bike: (You are doing 8 in total)

-Row/ Pedal fast as you can for (20 seconds) at a high resistance

– then Row / pedal at a slower pace for (10 Seconds)

(repeat 7 times) no rest.
